Hi, my name is Jason Romney.

I am an Organizational Learning Analyst in the City of Albuquerque's Employee Learning Center. I lead many of the professional development opportunities available to City employees.

Our Division's vision is transform corporate culture of the public sector workforce by empowering employees to become fully engaged in their work and I my personal mission is to share my knowledge and passion for service in order to guide employees to enhancing their lives, careers, and our City.

I began my career in the private sector, working my way from entry an entry level position, moving through management, training, process improvement, and training development fields. After obtaining my Bachelors in Human Service Business Management, I operated my own therapy practice over several years but wished to apply my unique perspective and skills to serving my community. I have been fortunate to find a place working for the City of Albuquerque where our passion for growth and personal and professional development allows me to achieve my dream of serving my community in a meaningful way.
